Rustics
A Rustico is a typical Ticino style house, a Rustico will typically have an exposed wooden structure which will give a natural warmth to your apartment. By Centro Cadro Panoramica we have nine fully renovated Rustici. We have twelve 2 ½ room apartments and thirty 1 ½ room apartments available.Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen or kitchenette and flat-screen TV. The apartments are renovated, modernly furnished and have a spacious balcony or patio with a view.
Main Building
More than 40 fully furnished apartments and studios in various sizes and styles are available in the main building of the Centro Cadro Panoramica. This is also where our reception is located. All apartments have a balcony, most of which have a spectacular view of Lugano its lake and Monte San Salvatore. Outdoor parking is available for free.
Residence
Right next to the main building you can find the Residence. In this building complex we rent around 20 units, from 1 ½ room to 3 ½ room apartments. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen or kitchenette and flat-screen TV. All apartments have a balcony, most of which will give you a spectacular view of Lugano and its lake. Parking in the garage (for one vehicle) is included in the monthly fee.
